What causes headaches on the left side of head even though youre fully hydrated? - headaches causes more condition_symptoms

I have a headache on the left side of my head and I can not get it. I drank lots of water, because the last time I was drained. But I did drink more, try to get rid of a headache. I had to turn on and off for almost a week, and one on the left side. Not correct.
Please help!
